
Suns out, Buns out! Enjoy the grilling season everyone!
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 2 Tablespoon Onion, minced
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 Hot Dog Buns
- 8 Hot Dogs, cooked
- 8 Dill Pickle Spears
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Onion, diced
Directions
- Make Coney Sauce: In a small saucepan, crumble and brown ground beef. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, salt, Worcestershire, and black pepper: mix well. Cook on low 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Assemble the Hot Dogs: top each hot dog with coney sauce, pickles, cheddar, sour cream, and onion.
- Serve and enjoy!
