Suns out, Buns out! Enjoy the grilling season everyone!

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef 
  • 2 Tablespoon Onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup 
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 Hot Dog Buns 
  • 8 Hot Dogs, cooked 
  • 8 Dill Pickle Spears
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Onion, diced

Directions 

  1. Make Coney Sauce: In a small saucepan, crumble and brown ground beef. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, salt, Worcestershire, and black pepper: mix well. Cook on low 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  2. Assemble the Hot Dogs: top each hot dog with coney sauce, pickles, cheddar, sour cream, and onion. 
  3. Serve and enjoy!
