
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Basil
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 2.5 ounce Parmesan
- 1/2 cup Pine Nuts
- 10 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Place all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Makes 2 cups of sauce.
**Tip: Pine nuts can be hard to find and expensive. You can replace them with what you already have or what is on sale. Cashews and walnuts work great.
