The recipe is a little old fashioned but I’ve made a few changes to make it my own. My grandma always has pea salad for the big holiday celebrations at her house and it is definitely a side that everyone will enjoy! 

Ingredients 

  • (2) 15 ounce cans Sweet Peas, drained
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Onion, diced
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 1 Jalapeno, diced
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt 

Directions 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 
  2. Refrigerate and serve!
