Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Pasta 
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, diced
  • 18 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • 18 Green Olives, sliced
  • (1) 14 ounce can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounce Mozzarella, 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2.5 ounce Pepperoni, sliced
  • (1) 2.25 ounce can Sliced Black Olives 
  • 1 cup Italian Salad Dressing 
  • 1/4 cup McCormick Salad Supreme (or other salad seasoning)

Directions 

  1. Cook pasta per package directions and drain. 
  2. Mix cooked pasta with the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Serve and enjoy! Use this salad as a great summer side!!
