
Ingredients
- 1 pound Pasta
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 stalk Celery, diced
- 1 Carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 Red Onion, diced
- 18 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 18 Green Olives, sliced
- (1) 14 ounce can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounce Mozzarella, 1/2 inch cubes
- 2.5 ounce Pepperoni, sliced
- (1) 2.25 ounce can Sliced Black Olives
- 1 cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup McCormick Salad Supreme (or other salad seasoning)
Directions
- Cook pasta per package directions and drain.
- Mix cooked pasta with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve and enjoy! Use this salad as a great summer side!!
