- 4 stalks Celery
- 4 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Green Onion, chopped
- 15 Pimento Filled Green Olives, chopped
- Cut off the ends, wash, and dry celery stalks.
- Mix together cream cheese, green onion, and olives. Fill each celery stalk evenly with mixture.
- Cut filled stalks into 2 inch sections. Enjoy!
