Ingredients 

  • 10 ounce Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Vidalia Onion, diced
  • 1 cup frozen Peas, thawed 
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Gherkin Pickles, minced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise 
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika 

Directions 

  1. Cook macaroni per package directions. Drain and cool. 
  2. Mix cooled macaroni well the the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Serve and enjoy!
