Ingredients

  • (1) 30 ounce Bag Frozen Hashbrowns
  • (1) 10.5 ounce Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 12 ounce Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl then transfer to a greased casserole dish. 
  3. Bake for 1 hour, mixing halfway through. 
  4. Enjoy!
