
Ingredients
- (1) 30 ounce Bag Frozen Hashbrowns
- (1) 10.5 ounce Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 12 ounce Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl then transfer to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour, mixing halfway through.
