
Ingredients
- 1 bulb Garlic (about 10-12 cloves)
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Dill
- 2 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- pinch Cayenne
Directions
- Cut the bulb of garlic and shallots in half and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and sugar.
- Bake in a 350°F for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
- Remove the peels and dice the garlic and shallots. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
- Let sit over-night for best flavor.
