Ingredients

  • 1 bulb Garlic (about 10-12 cloves)
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill 
  • 2 Tablespoon  Parsley 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt 
  • pinch Cayenne 

Directions

  1. Cut the bulb of garlic and shallots in half and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and sugar. 
  2. Bake in a 350°F for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. 
  3. Remove the peels and dice the garlic and shallots. Mix with the remaining ingredients. 
  4. Let sit over-night for best flavor.
