Ingredients

  • 5 cup Cabbage, Shredded
  • 1 cup Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot, Shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise 
  • 3-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar 
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Toss together the cabbage, onion, and carrots in a large bowl. 
  2. In a separate bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add sauce to the shredded vegetables and mix well. 
  4. Enjoy!
