
Ingredients
- 2 pound Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
- 1-1/2 cup Sour Cream
- (1) 10.5 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- (1) 10.5 ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Jalapenos, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 10 ounce Cheddar Cheese
- 20 Corn Tortillas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, sour cream, soups, milk, onion, jalapeno, and pepper.
- In a 9×13 pan layer (from bottom to top): chicken mixture, tortillas, chicken, cheese, tortillas, chicken, cheese, tortillas, chicken, and cheese.
