Ingredients 

  • 2 pound Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1-1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • (1) 10.5 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • (1) 10.5 ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 Jalapenos, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 ounce Cheddar Cheese
  • 20 Corn Tortillas 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, sour cream, soups, milk, onion, jalapeno, and pepper. 
  3. In a 9×13 pan layer (from bottom to top): chicken mixture, tortillas, chicken, cheese, tortillas, chicken, cheese, tortillas, chicken, and cheese. 
  4. Bake for 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve!
