- 2 lb Carrots
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Peel and cut carrots into large sticks. *If using baby carrots just leave them whole.*
- Place carrots, brown sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan. Add water until carrots are completely submerged.
- Heat on medium-high until the water has reached a slow boil and continue boiling for 25 minutes.
- Drain off the remaining liquid, serve, and enjoy!
