  • 2 lb Carrots
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Water


  1. Peel and cut carrots into large sticks. *If using baby carrots just leave them whole.*
  2. Place carrots, brown sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan. Add water until carrots are completely submerged. 
  3. Heat on medium-high until the water has reached a slow boil and continue boiling for 25 minutes. 
  4. Drain off the remaining liquid, serve, and enjoy!
