- 6 ounces dried Macaroni Noodles
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 5 ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- Add macaroni noodles, milk, buffalo sauce, and salt to a medium saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
- Stir cheeses into to the pasta and continue mixing until melted and smooth.
- Serve, topped with additional buffalo sauce if desired. Enjoy!
