Ingredients 

  • 6 ounces dried Macaroni Noodles 
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Buffalo Sauce 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt 
  • 5 ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded 
  • 1 Tablespoon Crumbled Bleu Cheese

Directions

  1. Add macaroni noodles, milk, buffalo sauce, and salt to a medium saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. 
  2. Stir cheeses into to the pasta and continue mixing until melted and smooth. 
  3. Serve, topped with additional buffalo sauce if desired. Enjoy!
